Assistant Manager, Marketing (Retail Leasing)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate leasing strategy and review tenant mix
• Generate, identify prospects and secure new tenants
• Identify market trends, key insights and rethinking of marketing tools to lease out retail spaces
• Review and recommend lease proposals
• Negotiate new leases and renewals
• Maximize rental income and occupancy of the retail malls
• Prepare management report and yearly budget
• Manage and maintain good relationships with tenants

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate/Marketing/Business or equivalent
• 5 – 8 years’ of relevant experience in retail leasing
• Self-motivated, resourceful, service oriented and independent individual
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good with report writing and data analysis
• Preferably specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
