Assistant Manager, PR/MarComms (Public Agency)

We are looking for a candidate to support PR, stakeholder engagement, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance outreach, campaign effectiveness, and audience engagement.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: Up to $3,300/month

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and implement PR campaigns with the goal of raising awareness and appreciation of the museum, its exhibitions, programmes and other initiatives. This includes media engagement, media and KOL previews, stakeholder engagement tours, profiling opportunities, filming and photography activities, media monitoring etc.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with media and content creators, keeping their interest in promoting the museum and its initiatives among their communities.
• Manage and coordinate stakeholder engagement events, such as exhibition openings.
• Manage media buying and creative agencies on delivering digital campaigns, and monitor effectiveness, finance management and develop contingency strategies when required.
• Manage digital marketing software, produce analytic reports on digital marketing performance across projects to evaluate campaign effectiveness for management reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to update websites
• Administration support and data management.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in PR, KOL Management, or execution of PR Campaigns
• Proficient in Adobe suites (photoshop/illustrator/premier pro), Microsoft word/powerpoint/excel and Canva
