Job Description - Assistant / Marketing Communication Manager (4yrsexp/Deg/Energy/Tele/banking)

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecommunication, energy, or sustainability sector.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling content for marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create thought leadership content and industry insights.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand voice and messaging.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows to showcase products, services, and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
  • Measure event ROI and effectiveness in achieving marketing objectives.

Marketing Collateral Development:

  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including print collateral, promotional items, and multimedia assets.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing communication budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitor expenses and track ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of relevant marketing communication experience in the telecommunication / Energy / Banking industries
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle tight deadlines
  • Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
