The Role:
The assistant marketing manager is responsible for assisting the Manager and Director in developing a personality for 4Fingers as a brand. They will achieve this through the supporting of brand centric initiatives in accordance with the brand CI and guide.
The assistant manager also supports and coordinates sales and marketing activities for 4Fingers. Assist the manager and team at overseeing sales, marketing, and advertising/communication. Help the team to monitor demand for company products, business and industry competition, and prices. Identifies potential new customers; develops strategies for increasing sales or market share.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Planning and managing campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring internal alignment through key steps of the business process.
- Key plans to execute include a mixture of national and tactical campaigns that will improve long term brand measures.
- Brief, develop and execute the communication plans and managing external agency partners throughout the process.
- Assist to monitoring and being accountable for the efficient and effective spend of marketing budgets across assigned brands/projects.
- Working collaboratively with the Business Insights team to monitor and analyse key performance metrics including sales and brand metrics for relevant campaigns.
- Building positive, ongoing relationships with external (e.g. Agencies) and internal stakeholders (e.g. Corporate Communications, Legal, Supply Chain)
- Taking initiative in developing own marketing expertise and business skills both through internal and external sources.
- Assist and align franchisee in efficiencies around campaign and promotion planning and execution.
- Offer expertise and problem-solving support to resolve marketing challenges, franchisee concerns, and performance-related issues together with internal stakeholders.
- Acting as an "ambassador" for the Brand internally and externally.
Sales & Business Acumen
- Support the team on achieving sales/revenue for the business.
- Assist to perform sales/revenue planning and budgeting for the business.
- Proactively looking into the performance of the business and reacting with the relevant marketing initiatives to attain the budgeted sales.
- Understanding the business performance indicators (I.e. sales mix, product mix, channel mix, sales trends by store, by concept etc.), and deciphering them for the management.
- Identify opportunities within the data and trends, building transactions or/and sales with appropriate marketing executions/plans/strategies.
Customer Care
- Customer feedback management to enhance customer satisfaction, including feedback channel and process set up, executions & tracking.
Job Requirements:
- Strong fundamentals in the core aspects of Marketing.
- Experienced and competent in marketing and branding for fast food consumer products.
- High numerical aptitude and analytical skill with an ability to organize, measure and analyze data identifying areas.
- Ability to articulate and translate data analysis findings into actionable marketing ideas.
- A team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle high-volume workload.
- Meticulous, diligent, well-organized with good time management and sense of urgency.
- Travel as required to various franchise locations, including regional and corporate meetings.
Formal Education
- Minimum bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in marketing or business-related field
Past Working Experience
- 3-6 years of working experience in marketing function
- Prior F&B working experience would be advantageous.
