Our client, a famous real estate developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Marketing Manager (Casual Leasing).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver annual A&P revenue targets through strategic planning, proactive sales execution and strong team management.
• Monetise atrium spaces, advertising assets and licensing opportunities in line with each property’s branding and positioning.
• Build and manage relationships with advertisers, brands, exhibitors, event organisers, vendors and marketing agents.
• Plan and manage atrium and advertising booking schedules to maximise occupancy, yield and utilisation while minimising downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, licences and revenue performance; track monthly sales and implement strategies to close gaps.
• Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, management reports and presentations.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Events & Sponsorship / A&P team to consistently achieve targets.
• Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs, corporate guidelines, licensing terms and documentation standards.
• Coordinate large-scale events and activations, including those involving government agencies or statutory bodies, where applicable.
• Support selected mall-wide campaigns and execute 360° marketing initiatives when required.
• Develop and manage customer loyalty programmes, including onboarding programme partners to drive footfall and shopper spend.

Requirement

• Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or team lead role within mall A&P, event monetisation, sponsorship sales or similar commercial functions.
• Proven track record in managing revenue targets, budgets, forecasts and ROI analysis.
• Strong commercial and numerical ability; comfortable working with pricing, commissions, discounts and financial data.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; willing to learn new systems and tools
• Self-motivated, professional and adaptable, with strong people management and leadership skills.

• Location: Central
• Working days: 5 days
• Salary: S$9,000 and VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
