We are looking for a creative, strategic and passionate Brand & Marketing Executive to help us bring this vision to life.

This is more than a marketing role. It is an opportunity to help build one of Singapore's most recognised education brands.

Your Mission

When parents in Singapore think of wellbeing in early childhood, they think of HEI.

You will help make that vision a reality.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing campaigns that strengthen the HEI brand.
• Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters and digital platforms.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging social media channels.
• Plan and coordinate Open Houses, family events and community engagement activities.
• Build partnerships with healthcare professionals, parenting groups and community organisations.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots that capture authentic HEI learning experiences.
• Develop parent education campaigns and resources.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns and lead generation.
• Monitor marketing analytics and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect the HEI brand identity and values.
• Support media opportunities, public relations and storytelling.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is an exceptional storyteller and communicator.
• Loves creating beautiful and meaningful content.
• Understands branding, not just marketing.
• Is highly organised and proactive.
• Enjoys planning events and building communities.
• Has strong photography, video or design appreciation.
• Is passionate about early childhood education and family wellbeing.
• Thinks creatively and enjoys bringing new ideas to life.
• Can work independently while collaborating closely with school leaders.

Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding or digital communications.
• Experience in education, healthcare, hospitality or family-focused organisations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite and digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Experience with photography, videography or content creation is highly desirable.
