Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales/ Retail (Pet Shop)
• Position Title: Brand and Marketing Executive/ Manager
• Working Location: Ubi (Near the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday, 8:30 AM-6 PM, Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to create, maintain and increase brand awareness and experience for the targeted market and customers for existing and new products.
• Maintain branding integrity and consistency across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
• Carry out market research and analysis to keep up to date with customer and future trends as well as competitor insights.
• Collaborate with/Lead the Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist to plan and execute campaigns, events; and all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
• Collaborate with Sales team for specific branding strategies and execution for customers.
• Provide regular reporting and review with vendors (brand owners) for continual improvements on marketing plan and implementation.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of the success of marketing strategies and activities.
• Attend to product/brand queries and feedback received from social media platforms, emails, etc.
• Managing of marketing budget.

• At least 2 years of experience in Brand Management & Marketing (B2B preferred).
