Brand & Marketing Manager

CAL is a Singapore wellness and aesthetics group with two brands. CAL medispa is our spa in the CBD, and CAL MED is our doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic. We care about how our brands look and feel, and we are looking for someone to take full ownership of marketing across both and keep that standard high everywhere we show up.

You will lead marketing end to end for both brands, overseeing our creative agency partners, paid advertising, brand direction, collaborations and events.

What you will own:

• Both brands, keeping each true to its own distinct look and voice across everything we put out
• Managing our creative agency partners, from briefing through to delivery
• Ensuring our content is adapted and deployed effectively across all marketing channels
• Paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and more, including strategy, budget, creative direction and optimisation
• Search and AI visibility, strengthening how we are discovered across search engines and AI platforms
• The content calendar and audience strategy across both brands
• Brand collaborations, from sourcing partners to closing them
• In-house events, from concept to execution

Requirements:

• Hands-on performance marketing experience. You have personally run and optimised paid campaigns on Meta, Google or TikTok, and you know what makes an ad convert. This is essential
• A strong background in brand and marketing, ideally building or growing a premium brand
• Confidence managing agencies and outside partners
• A good eye for design and copy, and the judgment to tell when something is not right for the brand
• Organised and reliable, able to manage several workstreams across two brands
• Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics or medical is an advantage, but not required
