Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead business growth, strategic partnerships, and overseas market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business expansion strategies to drive growth in local and overseas markets
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets through market research
• Establish and manage strategic business partnerships to enhance company presence and collaboration
• Lead cross-border projects and oversee overseas market development initiatives to achieve expansion goals
• Negotiate commercial and partnership agreements to secure favorable terms and strengthen relationships
• Represent the company in local and overseas business meetings to promote business objectives and build networks
• Achieve targeted business growth and revenue objectives through strategic planning and execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in cross-border business to support international expansion efforts
• Willingness to travel overseas for business development activities
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with relevant business partners
