Job Summary

Support campaign and content management by analyzing user metrics, navigating internal systems, and leveraging social media platforms to enhance engagement for a K-pop or community-based app.

Responsibilities

1. Support the company’s business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand the user base, strengthen brand partnerships, and enhance community engagement within the global K-pop market.

2. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as app downloads, user engagement, retention rates, social media reach, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the K-pop and entertainment industry to recommend strategies that improve audience acquisition and brand visibility.

4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and international stakeholders across different cultures and regions to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and business initiatives.

5. Manage and navigate internal systems confidently to upload content, verify campaign information, maintain accurate records, and retrieve operational or marketing data efficiently.

6. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, fan engagement initiatives, and partnership collaborations to increase platform awareness and community participation.

7. Utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X to create, manage, schedule, and promote content tailored to K-pop fans and community-based audiences, while tracking engagement performance and audience response.

8. Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, influencers, fan communities, and potential collaborators to strengthen the company’s network and business opportunities.

9. Provide administrative and operational support for events, campaigns, artist-related activities, and community projects when required.

10. Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to improve user experience, community engagement, and overall platform growth in alignment with the company’s objectives.
