1103 STUDIOS is seeking to add Business Development Executives to our team. Our hiring process is thorough, but moves quickly for the right candidate. Ideally, the successful candidates will be in place by Q2 2026.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will be an accomplished salesperson with the ability to hunts for new business. You work from our office in Paya Lebar/Ubi and spend 60 to 70% of your time in the field visiting prospects, running meetings, and closing deals face-to-face.

You have an ability to prospect consistently on the phone, in person, and at company trade events. You have a proven track record of success in a complex selling environment, with the ability to consistently close deals. You are already operating at a high level, but you understand that training and coaching are what separate good from great and is able to quickly learn and retain knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include: prospecting and cold outreach, running strategy sessions with prospects, building and managing your own sales pipeline, tracking every deal and closing deals end-to-end from first contact to signed proposal to payment collected.

You will play a role of a consultant by understanding business needs and pain points, presenting tailored solutions, and positioning 1103 Studios as the growth partner they need. You own the full sales cycle.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

•       Proven sales success with at least 1 year of experience preferred.

•       Cold market skills. You prospect consistently on phone, text, in person. Every single day. You can walk into a room of strangers and walk out with meetings booked.

•       High agency. Self-motivated. Confident. Energetic. Resourceful. You figure things out.

•       Fluent in English and Mandarin, our market requires both. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

•       A big believer that digital marketing, social media, and digital transformation can drive serious business growth.

•       We welcome Financial Consultants, Insurance Agents, Real Estate Agents, Interior Designers, Car Loans/Finance Agents, Car Purchaser, Car Consignment Agent, and Credit Card Salespeople.

•       Experience in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, PPC, high-ticket sales, or advertising sales is a HUGE plus but not essential if you can sell and learn fast.
