Job Description - Business Development Executive

Company Overview

We are a technology company developing AI-driven digital products. We seek a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth through partnership development, outreach, and market expansion.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will identify business opportunities, build partner relationships, coordinate discussions, and follow up on commercial prospects to support company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build a pipeline of potential partners, business leads, and growth opportunities to expand market presence
  • Conduct professional and timely outreach and follow-up communications with prospects to advance partnership discussions
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, presentations, and discussions with potential partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
  • Support partnership, collaboration, and business expansion discussions by preparing relevant materials and coordinating inputs
  • Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and business opportunity analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare business development updates, meeting notes, reports, and follow-up records to maintain clear documentation
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development activities with product and operational priorities
  • Support preparation of presentation materials, proposal documents, and partnership-related content to enhance engagement efforts
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, exhibitions, or business discussions as required
  • Execute additional business development and growth-related duties as assigned to support organizational objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related discipline
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, sales support, account management, marketing, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills demonstrated through stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to follow up carefully, maintain clear records, and manage multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Comfortable with outreach, business research, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in technology, digital products, education-related products, consumer services, or startup environments
  • Willingness to support local or overseas business activities as required
