Business Development Executive

Company information: Creme Works is one of the largest manufacturer and supplier of ice cream & premixes to the foodservices & FMCG markets in Singapore and Southeast Asia since 2015. We are looking for individuals who are interested in food and ice cream to join our company to help expand our Asia Pacific footprint.

Job description: The Business Development Executive role drives revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and securing strategic partnerships. This role will focus on developing markets in Southeast Asian countries outside Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
• Arrange client meetings and deliver product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines.

Job location: Our office at 1 Woodlands Height. As this role is a business development role, this role involves travelling to meet clients at their offices and F&B outlets.

Job Requirements: 

• Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin and Malay language is a plus
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Proficient in the use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
• Have previous business development or sales experience
• Must be willing to travel overseas to meet clients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
