· Support day-to-day business development activities specifically tailored to cleaning/conservancy/facilities management services.
· Assist in the comprehensive preparation of competitive proposals, formal tenders, and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify, analyze, and tap into potential new business opportunities.
· Actively maintain strong client relationships and track the sales pipeline to ensure consistency.
· Coordinate closely with internal teams to develop competitive pricing structures and compelling service offerings.
· Assist with contract negotiations and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and business development ecosystem.
JR
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management, or an equivalent professional qualification.
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales support, proposal writing, and tender preparation.
· Prior experience within the facilities management or real estate industry is highly preferred.
· High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
