Business Development Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation – Identify, engage, and convert businesses that need to hire talents. Use creative strategies, networking, and outreach to bring them on board.
• Manage & Lead a Small Team – Oversee 1-2 interns/ Temp staff focused on cold calling and outreach. Guide them, set targets, and ensure they’re effectively engaging potential clients.
• Account Management & Retention – Keep clients happy! Ensure they see the value in EASE Jobs and continue using our platform.
• Collaboration with Candidate Acquisition Teams – Work closely with the team responsible for attracting job seekers, ensuring a steady talent pipeline for clients.
• Work Directly with the App Development Team – Gather client feedback and share insights on areas of improvement, helping shape the app’s features and user experience.
• Own the Growth of EASE Jobs – You’re not just selling the app—you’re building its success! Drive strategies to expand our market presence and boost adoption rates.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy – Stay ahead of hiring trends and competitors, refining our approach to stay at the forefront of the recruitment industry.
• Events & Partnerships – Represent EASE Jobs at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
