Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by securing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

• Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals.
• Work closely with operations to ensure excellent customer service.

Lead and inspire the business development team to achieve ambitious targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of business development or sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Strong network within the logistics industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
