Job Description - Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

To achieve individual/territory-based sales targets and acquire new customers
To maintain relations with customers and ensure that their requirements are fully met
To develop quarterly marketing plans for the company’s expansion
To focus on building up a pipeline of new clients/projects
To manage marketing personnel and ensure that they are meeting their KPIs
To ensure the credibility and credit-rating of clients by conducting due diligence.
To attend trade conventions and networking sessions
To create a greater online and offline presence for the company
To maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanour when representing the company
To guide and train any new marketing personnel on using our system and the processes involved.

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office
2 years relevant experience
5.5-day work week
