Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, build and maintain partnerships with existing and potential clients to fulfil the business needs through regular contact
• Actively seek new business opportunities with new, existing and potential clients
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Handle and investigate clients’ feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner, and
• assist in service recovery when required
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with clients.
• Ability to build rapport.
