Business Development Manager (Conveyancing) Law Firm

About Our Client:
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Singapore, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the firm’s growth and client engagement strategies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing and expanding client relationships, and developing marketing initiatives. Working closely with the legal team, you will contribute to the firm’s continued success and help achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on conveyancing and related real estate services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, banks, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents.
• Represent the firm professionally and uphold its reputation in all client and stakeholder interactions.
• Achieve and exceed business development and revenue targets.
• Plan and implement strategies to grow the firm’s client base and market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and business development initiatives with the firm’s objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification of Polytechnic diploma or higher.
• Must have legal working status in Singapore; candidates requiring work passes will not be considered.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, outgoing personality and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the legal, real estate, or conveyancing sector, is highly desirable.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
