Catering Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Marketing Manager to drive business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and expand our catering clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating catering events to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's catering services.
• Identify and secure new corporate and private catering opportunities through business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, government agencies, and other business partners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and catering packages based on clients' requirements.
• Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of catering events.
• Manage enquiries from phone, email, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and online platforms.
• Create marketing content, promotional materials, and seasonal campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Organise and participate in food tastings, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analysis for Management.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of catering orders and customer requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in catering sales, catering marketing, hospitality, or food & beverage business development.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Creative with experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for events.
