Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated mid-career professional to joinour team as a Digital Marketing & Communications Professional. This role isdesigned to support career conversion into digital advertising and marketing,with structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) under the Career Conversion Programme(CCP).

The successful candidate will learn and apply the latestdigital marketing strategies across multiple channels, while contributing tothe company’s marketing campaigns and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Shopee, Lazada , Owned Site, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Participate in structured OJT modules, including campaign setup, analytics, content development, and advanced strategies.

Requirements

• Mid-career professional with interest in transitioning into digital marketing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, search engines) preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Training & Development (CCP OJT)

• Structured 3–6 month OJT programme facilitated by QED.
• Hands-on training in campaign management, analytics, and content creation.
• Mentorship and regular progress reviews.
• Capstone project to demonstrate competency at the end of training.
