Client Director – Associate level (Creative Agency)

Requirements:

• Lead and manage the creative team in the development and execution of innovative design concepts.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual and creative designs across various mediums.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
• Review and approve final designs, layouts, and artwork.
• Mentor and inspire creative team members and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company design standards.
• Provide strategic input and contribute to the development of marketing and branding strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
• At least 6 – 10 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in 360 campaign experience in various mediums is preferred.
• Prior experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
