The Role at a Glance
Drive client-focused social media and digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. You’ll plan and manage campaigns, provide strategic direction on content, craft compelling copy, manage clients, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery. This role requires strong strategic thinking, client management skills, and a keen willingness to learn on the job.
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and plan marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Translate briefs into clear strategies, identifying target audiences, key messaging, and platform approach.
Stay up to date with TikTok and Meta trends to inform campaign direction and performance.
2. Content Direction & Performance Thinking
Provide clear direction on content angles and formats based on platform best practices and audience behaviour.
Work with internal teams to ensure content output aligns with campaign strategy and brand positioning.
Monitor and analyse content performance, optimising campaigns to improve results.
3. Copywriting & Ideation
Brainstorm and pitch creative campaign ideas that drive engagement and meet marketing goals.
Craft compelling captions, hooks, and ad copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
4. Project & Client Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication, expectations, and feedback.
Plan timelines, coordinate with relevant internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns from start to finish.
Present campaign strategies, updates, and performance insights to clients.
5. Learning & Development
Be proactive and keen to learn, especially in digital advertising and campaign management.
On-the-job training will be provided, and a strong willingness to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment is essential.
Who We Are Looking For:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with TikTok and Meta Ads is preferred. Candidates who are not yet experienced in managing ad campaigns will receive on-the-job training. Applicants should at least be active users of these platforms and have a good understanding of current trends and user behavior.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and present creative ideas confidently.
A deep understanding of social media nuances and the ability to pivot quickly as trends change.
