About the Role

As retail continues to evolve, so must the role of a designer.

At RizonHome, design goes beyond creating artwork. We are looking for a Commerce Designer who can combine creativity with commercial thinking — supporting branding, digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement, and sales initiatives.

You will contribute across graphic design, social media content, photography, video creation, and live-streaming activities to help strengthen our brands and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for retail, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
• Create visual assets for advertisements, promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Design product packaging, POS materials, catalogues, and merchandising visuals.
• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Support photography, videography, and short-form video production.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Participate in live-streaming activities and content creation initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Procurement, and Management teams on creative projects.
• Keep abreast of design trends, social media trends, and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Undertake other duties and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Knowledge of AI creative tools will be an advantage.
• Strong design sense with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 6.30pm
Friday:                         9.00am – 6.00pm
Alternate Saturday:    9.00am – 1.00pm
