Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Communications Executive / Senior Executive to support strategic communications and engagement initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will be responsible for developing impactful campaigns, managing internal and external communications, and supporting stakeholder engagement activities to strengthen organisational branding and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and implement communications campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

• Develop engaging social media content and communication materials.

• Support staff engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.

• Provide communications support, branding guidance, and editorial oversight to stakeholders.

• Assist in crisis communications planning and emergency preparedness exercises.

• Coordinate communication activities and ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support organisational objectives and outreach efforts.

• Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant communications, marketing, or public relations experience.

• Experience managing communications campaigns in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous.

• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Proficient in communication tools, social media platforms, and digital content development.
