Communications and Marketing Executive

The Swiss School in Singapore (SSiS) is a bilingual school (German-English and French-English) officially recognized by the Swiss Confederation. Around 250 children (between the age of two and twelve) are currently attending the SSIS. SSIS is embedded in the tropical landscape of Singapore, away from busy roads and designed as a learning oasis. We stand for a high-quality educational offer with the aim of enabling our students to learn independently and creatively.

We are looking for:

COMMUNICATION & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

5 months contract (September 2024 to January 2025)

Duties and Responsibilities

Communication

• Responsible for all operational aspects of external and internal tools and media
• Collaboration in the development and implementation of new communication ideas
• Responsible for School App, School website and social media platforms
• Supporting school management in internal communication with planning, scheduling and content creation
• Handle feedback and queries from stakeholdersSupports in e-communication

Marketing

• Representation on behalf of school for external events
• Coordination and planning of external school events
• Oversees all marketing activities
• Oversees all school publications and marketing collaterals
• Implementation and participation in the further development of the marketing and communication strategy
• Research, planning and implementation of target group-oriented marketing projects and online campaigns
• Responsible for all enquiry of potential new students

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in marketing or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role;
• Strong in multi tasking;
• The ability to work independently, and to also to work in a team;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English;
• Proficiency in French/German Language
