Communications Manager (6-mths contract Up to $5.5K Central)

📍 Location: Nearest MRT, (Central)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $5,500/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 6-month contract (there's a possibilities of extension)

Summary
This role combines writing, content operations, and engagement execution. You’ll create training and engagement materials, keep the communications calendar on track, and manage the MS Teams channel to ensure enquiries and feedback are handled promptly. You’ll also support planning and execution of engagement roadshows and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write user guides, announcements, eDMs, and presentation decks
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and consistency
• Curate and maintain the resources space so content stays accessible and relevant
• Own the content calendar and publish updates across intranet and MS Teams
• Manage MS Teams community questions and feedback in a timely way
• Plan and coordinate events (invitations, communications, giveaways, on-site support) and produce post-event reports

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing or related)
• At least 3 to 5 years in marketing/content/engagement
• Strong writing experience for user guides, announcements, and eDMs
• Experience in events and operational coordination
• Proficient in canva, basic video editing and visualisation tools.
