Job Description - Community / Marketing Manager @ Pickle Padel Movement

Build and grow the Pickle Padel Movement (Pickleball and Padel Centre) community by attracting new players, increasing member engagement and retention, creating compelling content, and developing partnerships that strengthen the brand's position as Singapore's leading social pickleball and padel community.

Community & Marketing Manager

Key Objectives

Grow the active player community.

Increase participation in events, leagues, and coaching programs.

Strengthen brand awareness in Singapore.

Improve member retention and engagement.

Develop partnerships that drive revenue and community growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Community Growth & Engagement (40%)

Manage and grow community channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, etc.).

Welcome and onboard new players.

Create initiatives that encourage repeat participation.

Build relationships with key community members and ambassadors.

Gather member feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Develop loyalty and referral programs.

Ensure a positive and inclusive community culture.

2. Marketing & Content (30%)

Create and execute monthly marketing campaigns.

Manage social media content calendar.

Produce content including:

Match highlights

Player stories

Coaching tips

Event promotions

Community spotlights

Coordinate photography and videography.

Manage email newsletters and CRM communications.

Track campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

3. Events & Experiences (20%)

Plan and execute:

Social play sessions

Tournaments

Corporate events

Beginner clinics

Community mixers

Coordinate event logistics and registrations.

Ensure excellent participant experience.

Work with coaches and venue partners.

4. Partnerships & Sponsorships (10%)

Develop relationships with:

Brands

Corporate groups

Schools

Fitness communities

Lifestyle partners

Secure sponsorships and collaboration opportunities.

Manage partner activations and reporting.
