Job Summary

The Content and Community Executive supports content planning, execution, and community engagement across marketing channels. This role collaborates with internal teams to drive campaign performance and audience interaction, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content across marketing and communication channels to support organic marketing efforts
• Coordinate content development for blog articles, social media, LinkedIn, SEO, and other organic platforms to enhance audience reach
• Facilitate community-building initiatives and engage audiences to foster active participation
• Manage content-to-conversion processes within ongoing marketing campaigns to optimize results
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business objectives
• Track and analyze content and community performance metrics, providing regular updates to the team
• Maintain consistency and quality across all content, campaign, and community touchpoints
• Support offline events, on-ground marketing activities, and community initiatives as needed
• Prepare reports, content calendars, campaign materials, and marketing updates to support team activities
• Assist with additional marketing, content, and community-related tasks as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Design, Digital Marketing, or related discipline
• Experience in content creation, marketing, community management, brand execution, digital marketing, or campaign coordination
• Strong writing, communication, and coordination skills demonstrated through content development and stakeholder collaboration
• High attention to detail with proven ability to complete assigned tasks reliably
• Comfortable working with organic channels, content platforms, and community engagement activities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams across functions
• Organized and dependable with consistent task execution
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and changing business needs
• Experience in technology, digital products, education-related products, consumer services, or startup environments
