Content & Design Executive

CAL is a Singapore wellness and aesthetics group with two brands. CAL medispa is our spa in the CBD, and CAL MED is our doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic. We are looking for someone with strong design skills who is also organised and dependable, to keep our content and marketing moving across both brands.

You will be the person who gets our marketing made and out the door. Working closely with our Brand & Marketing Manager, you will design our visuals, build content for our channels, and keep everything on schedule across two brands.

What you will do:

• Design marketing materials, ad visuals and in-store screen content for both brands
• Build ad creative and variations to brief, with quick turnaround so we can test and improve
• Edit short videos for social and screens
• Post and schedule content on TikTok and Xiaohongshu for both brands
• Build and send our customer broadcasts on time
• Coordinate with our agency partners to ensure content is delivered and published on schedule
• Write captions and broadcast copy that fit each brand
• Coordinate shoot logistics with our videographer, and support our in-house events

Requirements:

• Strong graphic design skills, comfortable in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar
• Video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, Canva video or similar). Strong static designers keen to grow into video are welcome to apply
• Highly organised and dependable, the kind of person who never misses a deadline
• Good writing, able to match a brand's tone
• Comfortable across social platforms, especially TikTok and Xiaohongshu
• Interest in beauty, wellness or aesthetics is an advantage
