Content & Marketing Executive

Create stories that honour life, legacy, and remembrance

At Harmony Funeral Care, we believe every farewell carries a story worth telling. We are looking for a creative and driven Content & Marketing Executive to help us share these stories with care, dignity, and impact across digital platforms and community touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both content creation and hands-on marketing execution, and is comfortable working in a meaningful, people-centred industry.

What you will do

• Film and capture real-life funeral service moments (with sensitivity and respect)
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Lemon8, and Facebook
• Create and manage daily social media content and postings
• Ideate creative content angles, storytelling ideas, and campaign concepts
• Work closely with founder to turn real stories into engaging digital content
• Manage and update company website (basic content updates and improvements)
• Assist in running Google Ads campaigns (bonus if experienced; training can be provided)
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Support and occasionally help host community events, talks, and outreach sessions
• Monitor engagement, messages, and online community responses
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms for maximum reach

What we are looking for

• Comfortable with filming and editing short-form video content (CapCut or similar tools)
• Active on TikTok / Instagram and understands digital storytelling trends
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas
• Good writing skills for captions, storytelling, and basic marketing copy
• Able to manage multiple tasks (content, marketing, and coordination work)
• Comfortable working in sensitive environments with emotional awareness
• Independent, proactive, and willing to take ownership of work
• No funeral industry experience required (training provided)
• Bonus:Experience in website management (WordPress or similar)Basic Google Ads knowledge or willingness to learnEvent coordination or community engagement experience

What we offer

• Salary: $2,500 – $3,500/month (depending on experience)
