Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging content and social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage website content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience.
• Create compelling photo, video, and written content that educates, inspires, and showcases treatment results.
• Plan and execute PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and strategic brand partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive enquiries, bookings, and customer loyalty.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience insights, and market trends to optimise content effectiveness.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• Preferably exposure/experience in beauty/skin-care or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in content marketing, social media, brand marketing, or PR.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and social media management skills.
• Experience working with influencers, KOLs, media, or brand collaborations.
• Creative, commercially driven, and passionate about building brands through authentic storytelling.
