About Us

Anlian Group (ALG) is a Singapore-based professional services firm helping Chinese enterprises expand into Southeast Asia. We handle company incorporation, immigration (EP/PR), accounting, banking, and compliance. We are actively growing our founder's personal brand across Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video, and TikTok, and are looking for a hands-on assistant to support video content production.

Job Responsibilities

• Accompany the founder during video shoots across Singapore — assist with filming, angles, and basic on-site setup
• Handle basic video and photo editing using CapCut or similar tools
• Upload and manage content across Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video, and TikTok
• Track weekly content performance data (views, followers, engagement)
• Assist with content planning and scripting ideas
• Support general admin tasks related to content production

Requirements

• Based in Singapore, able to commit to agreed working hours
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken)
• Energetic, positive, and easy to work with — personality matters most
• Comfortable both in front of and behind a camera
• No prior experience required — we will train the right person

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with CapCut, Jianying, or any video editing app
• Familiarity with Douyin / Xiaohongshu / WeChat Video
• Interest in business, finance, or Singapore immigration topics

What We Offer

• SGD 800 – 2,800 / month depending on experience and role type
