The Content Creator is responsible for conceptualising, producing, and managing creative content that enhances the company’s brand presence, drives online engagement, and supports business growth across digital channels.
He/She will oversee the company’s social media platforms, digital marketing content, and delivery platform management (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo), ensuring a consistent brand image and effective communication to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals, seasonal promotions, and campaign launches.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to plan and execute photo/video shoots.
Research current food trends and customer engagement patterns in Singapore to create relevant and appealing content ideas.
Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s brand identity and tone consistently.
2. Content Creation (Photo, Video & Copywriting)
Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, people, and ambience for marketing and digital use.
Produce engaging short-form videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook — such as preparation highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, or product showcases.
Edit and refine media using software such as CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or Adobe Premiere.
Write compelling captions, headlines, and post descriptions tailored to local audiences.
Ensure all content complies with SFA marketing guidelines and HPB “Healthier Choice” standards when applicable.
3. Social Media Management
Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Plan, schedule, and publish posts regularly while maintaining an active online presence.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Analyse social media metrics and generate monthly performance reports.
Identify new opportunities for engagement, partnerships, and trend participation.
4. Delivery Platform Management
Take full ownership of managing the company’s listings on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Deliveroo.
Ensure all menu items, photos, prices, and descriptions are accurate and updated.
Coordinate with operations teams for new item launches, promotions, and bundle campaigns.
Create and upload promotional banners, bundle deals, and seasonal campaigns on delivery platforms.
Monitor platform performance, customer feedback, and order data to recommend improvements.
Liaise with platform account managers for marketing opportunities and feature placements.
5. Campaigns & Collaboration
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for new product launches, festive seasons, or brand collaborations.
Coordinate influencer partnerships, food tasting sessions, and media features.
Ensure all campaign deliverables are on-brand and completed within schedule.
Support marketing events and video/photo coverage for internal and public use.
6. General Administration & Coordination
Maintain an organised digital asset library for all visual materials.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth scheduling of shoots and content rollouts.
Track performance of campaigns and digital ads for management reporting.
Uphold PDPA and company data protection policies in all digital communications.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (preferably in F&B or lifestyle industry).
Proficient in photo and video production using mobile or DSLR.
Skilled in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of delivery platform backend systems (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo) is an advantage.
Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills and an eye for visual detail.
