We produce educational videos, property tours, lifestyle content, and personal brand stories that help agents stand out online and stay top-of-mind with potential clients.

We're looking for a Content Producer & Videographer who can independently plan, film, and edit engaging content while contributing ideas to improve our creative work and production processes.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Production

• Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Create educational, lifestyle, personal branding, and property-focused content
• Film property tours, home showcases, client testimonials, and social-first videos
• Direct clients on camera and help them communicate confidently and naturally
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, audio equipment, and production tools confidently
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, hooks, captions, sound design, motion graphics, and pacing
• Apply colour grading, typography, and visual storytelling techniques to improve content quality
• Organise and manage footage, project files, and content assets efficiently
• Deliver content according to project timelines

Content Strategy & Operations

• Contribute content ideas and creative concepts for client accounts
• Research content trends, formats, and opportunities across social media platforms
• Analyse content performance and suggest improvements where relevant
• Coordinate with freelance videographers and remote editors when required
• Review edited content to ensure quality and consistency before delivery
• Help document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for filming, editing, and content delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and content quality

Who We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Good eye for storytelling, composition, editing, and audience engagement
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation, social media, or related fields
• Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating filming and editing capabilities
• Familiarity with content marketing, personal branding, or social media content is advantageous

Bonus Skills

• Experience coordinating freelance creatives or remote editors
• Experience documenting workflows or SOPs
• Photography or drone operation experience
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-powered creative tools

Salary & Benefits

• SGD 3,500 – 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Performance-based bonuses
• Hybrid work arrangement
• Exposure to a variety of content formats, brands, and creative projects
