We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Content / Senior Content Specialist to join our dynamic content marketing team at Verz Design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role involves developing and implementing content strategies, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies across various mediums and marketing channels.
• Conduct thorough research to understand client industries, target audiences, and competitors.

Content Creation:

• Craft original, high-quality content for various platforms, including website copy, blogs, email campaigns (EDMs), social media posts, and press releases.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style.

Client Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients and management to gather requirements and provide regular updates on content progress.
• Present content ideas and strategies to clients and incorporate their feedback.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.

Public Relations and Media Outreach:

• Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Pitch stories and content to the media, arrange interviews, and coordinate media visits.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
• Provide reports and insights to clients and internal teams to demonstrate the impact of content strategies.

Content Management:

• Maintain and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.

Team Collaboration:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the content marketing team.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and digital marketing.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve content quality and effectiveness.

Additional Duties:

• Ensure all advertised content is truthful and complies with advertising codes of practice.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Digital Marketing Director or team lead.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Singapore Citizens or PR preferred.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and well organized.
• Meticulous individual who pays fine attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, partners, and journalists.
• Strong writing background in advertising, journalism, PR, or SEO.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related field, preferably within a PR or marketing agency is preferred.
• Entry-level applicants with a strong desire to grow are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong multitasker, able to juggle multiple deadlines across different types of projects.
• Disciplined, punctual in reporting to work, and meeting deadlines.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, PR, or SEO will be advantageous.
