Corporate Communications Executive (Maternity Cover)

Location: Kent Ridge

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hour

Duration: 6 months

Salary:  $ 3300 per month

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the SharePoint 365 intranet and microsite, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with organisational communications guidelines.
• Develop and produce internal communications materials, including articles, announcements, and digital assets (e.g. banners, posters, eDMs) using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns and events, including logistics, coordination, on-site support, and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging, effective communication delivery, and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Support campaign tracking and reporting by maintaining databases, monitoring progress, and assisting with documentation, presentations, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in event management and web content management is an advantage
