Corporate Responsibility and Sponsorships Manager

Role & responsibilities: Corporate Responsibility & Sponsorships

·         Develop and manage a global framework for corporate citizenship at AllianzGI as an integral part of our corporate and brand positioning (internally and externally), including:

o    Company-wide policy on charitable giving

o    Volunteering policy (including volunteering days’ entitlement) and relevant giving in kind

·         Co-lead global Local Engagement Group network with HR to facilitate employee volunteering and year-end donation drive

·         Work with colleagues in relevant functions/teams across AllianzGI and Allianz Group to ensure we communicate our policies and report on our delivery of those policies.

·         Propose how best to leverage Allianz’s approach to sustainability in our corporate responsibility activities

·         Establish systematic approach to identification and implementation of corporate sponsorship opportunities in line with desired brand attributes and company priorities.

o    Research sponsorship / partnerships opportunities

o    Work with colleagues in Marketing, Investments and Distribution on approach and ideas

·         Work with Communications team to create communications plan to raise awareness of programmes

·         Partner with Communications team to organize events to raise awareness and engagement in programmes

·         Write communications, Branding and Sponsorship content/stories for intranet and corporate website

·         Maintain corporate positioning content for website, in line with development of corporate responsibility framework, reporting and key partnerships / sponsorships.

·         Act as key counterpart with internal stakeholders on programme matters

·         Support our internal communications efforts to underscore the growing importance of SE Asia to our business.

·         Act as a point-person in the Singapore office for the delivery of on-the-ground internal events, including town halls and open forums.

·         Assist, as required, with local internal communications priorities, including promoting events organised by the Singapore Local Engagement Group and helping facilitate the upcoming Singapore office move.
