Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, certificates, EDMs, presentation slides, and other promotional materials.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content in line with the company's marketing calendar.
Write creative and engaging captions, marketing copy, and promotional content.
Capture photos and videos during training courses, events, and company activities.
Edit photos and produce short-form videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all creative materials are aligned with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Update and maintain website content and marketing materials as required.
Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to support marketing campaigns, course launches, and company events.
Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and content effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Perform other marketing and creative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proficient in creating marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms.
Experienced in using design and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent creative tools.
Familiar with managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Basic photography and videography skills, including shooting and editing promotional content.
Good copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging social media captions and marketing content.
Strong understanding of branding principles and visual consistency across all marketing materials.
Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
