Creative Designer (Events, Exhibitions & Experiential Design)

We are looking for a passionate and creative designer to join our team in developing immersive experiences for exhibitions, events, retail activations, themed environments, festive campaigns, and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative concepts, thematic storytelling, key visuals, graphics, and spatial design solutions for events, exhibitions, retail activations, festive campaigns, and experiential projects.
• Produce compelling 3D visualizations, renderings, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Research market trends, materials, audience engagement strategies, and design innovations to support creative development.
• Develop engaging visitor experiences that enhance brand storytelling and audience interaction.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, production teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare production drawings, print-ready artwork, and fabrication-related design documentation.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Review layouts, materials, and production outputs to maintain quality and design integrity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project milestones.
• Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Spatial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, retail, or thematic design.
• Proficient in Autodesk software (3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, environmental graphics, materials, fabrication methods, and production processes.
• Ability to communicate concepts effectively through sketches, presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Experience in festive, thematic, museum, attraction, or IP-related projects will be an advantage.
