Creative Lead

We are looking for a Creative Lead with a strong agency background to drive CAL’s brand identity and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in creative execution, digital marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction for all branding, marketing, and digital content.
• Develop strategic and compelling marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Execute and oversee high-quality visuals, videos, and brand assets across multiple platforms.
• Integrate digital marketing strategies into creative execution, including SEO, SEM, and Meta Ads.
• Collaborate with production team and operation team to create high conversion campaigns.
• Manage and guide designers, interns, and external creative partners.
• Ensure brand consistency and innovation across all creative touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a creative agency or in-house role handling fast-paced projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic and visually compelling campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Ability to develop creative marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
