We’re now looking for a Creative Producer who can combine client-ready communication, expert servicing, and campaign thinking with an AI-enabled approach to smarter production.
What you’ll do
Lead from the front with clients: Present ideas, shape narratives, and confidently translate objectives into creative directions.
Own servicing end-to-end: Coordinate schedules, manage deliverables, align internal teams, and ensure every milestone lands smoothly.
Build video campaigns, not just shoots: Understand how videos work together across awareness, engagement, and conversion—then propose cohesive multi-asset plans.
Collaborate with creative and production teams: Drive scripts, storyboards, production planning, and post workflows with a strong quality bar.
Use AI strategically: From ideation support and concept variations to editing assistance and content optimization—while keeping the final output human, brand-safe, and original.
What we’re looking for
Strong ability to present and sell ideas—clear, persuasive, and client-friendly.
Proven experience in production servicing / coordinating with excellent follow-through.
A mindset that blends creativity + operations: you can imagine the best version, then execute it.
Comfort with AI tools and workflows, and the curiosity to keep improving how we work.
Excellent communication, organization, and taste—because the best campaigns feel effortless.
