Job Responsibilities

* Develop new merchant partnerships for TikTok Creator Marketing

* Introduce creator marketing solutions to merchants

* Recruit, build and manage your own creator team

* Match suitable creators with merchant campaigns

* Lead campaign execution from planning to completion

* Build long-term relationships with merchants and creators

* Achieve sales and business development targets

Requirements

* Strong communication and sales skills

* Passionate about TikTok and creator marketing

* Leadership and team management potential

* Business development or sales experience is preferred

* Training will be provided
