Our client is a leading real estate developer with an established portfolio of prime retail assets. They are seeking an experienced retail leasing professional to drive leasing performance, optimise tenant mix, and lead strategic leasing initiatives across a portfolio of shopping malls.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall leasing strategy and performance across an assigned portfolio of retail malls to maximise occupancy and rental revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing team while providing strategic direction on leasing initiatives and negotiations.
• Identify and secure new tenants through market research, networking, and business development activities.
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and commercial agreements to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Review, approve, and finalise lease documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new leasing opportunities and recommend tenant mix strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, and key stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.
• Review and optimise the positioning and tenant mix of existing and new retail developments.
• Prepare annual leasing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, ensuring leasing targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of retail leasing experience, preferably within shopping malls or retail property portfolios.
• Proven track record in retail leasing, tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's retail property market, leasing trends, and consumer dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

• Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$12,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
