Designer

Being part of the Creative team, the candidate is responsible for brainstorming ideas, developing forward-thinking concepts, crafting aesthetically stunning work and producing brand-specific messaging for offline and online deliverables with minimal oversight from the senior art team. The candidate is an integral member of a cross-functional team dedicated to creating great work aligned with the client's brand strategy. Have the ability to adapt to and understand the local and global needs of brands and industry in Airline, FMCG, Lifestyle, Beauty, Wellness, and Education. This position is full-time and located in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and supporting materials for 360 advertising.
• Work closely with the senior creative, account servicing and/or media team as a team player to ensure that the creative needs of our brands are met
• Be a brand steward: manage design, sketches, storyboards, typography, logos, icons, BTL items, digital execution and overall visual identity in the online and offline spaces
• Stay creatively fresh: actively seek and share digital inspiration (creative, technology, general digital trends) with the various departments within the agency
• Ability to present/communicate in an organized, professional, and effective manner.
• Responsible for managing personal workload and timeline.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Mac OSX, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Hybrid designer proficient in both offline and online communications.
• Minimum 3 years experience at an advertising agency or design studio
• Team oriented.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of presenting creative work.
• Diploma/Degree in Art Design/Advertising.
• Demonstrate outstanding creative conceptual and design skills through a portfolio that is clean and visually strong.
• The ability to sketch/ 3D Modelling software is an added advantage.
