Designer (Fashion)

ONE OF A KIND BRAND & MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

This isn’t your typical role in brand, or marketing. This position is only for someone who has a desire to understand how a brand is built end-to-end, from concept to customer. Working closely with the Founding Brand Director, you will contribute ideas for campaigns and concepts, whilst also creating content and building momentum for our social platforms (Instagram and TikTok). 

At the same time, you will be spending time on the retail floor where possible, whether on weekdays, or weekends; to observe what people respond to, create conservations to get a deeper understanding of our community, and gain insights so we can better create and relate to our audience (existing and potential). 

This role will give you the opportunity to get real-world experience and exposure to brand strategy and customer behaviour within the retail landscape in Singapore. 

JOB SCOPE 

1. CONTENT 

• Create content across social platforms (IG, and potentially TT)
• Translate ideas, campaigns, and conversations relevant to season, or to push slower moving goods in a fresh, exciting way
• Experiment with formats, trends, and storytelling 
• Maximise content for Ad-adaptation

2. BRANDING & MARKETING 

• Actively participate and contribute to campaigns, narratives, and initiatives in order to achieve the brand and business goals 
• Identify opportunities for growth, from products to partnerships 
• Actively participate in photoshoot preparation and on shoot days 
• Support execution of launches, drops, or in-store activations, including graphic work 
• Close the loop between content → retail → performance
