Job summary
The Digital Art Director or Digital Designer is a subject matter expert in social media and intuitive storytelling on digital platforms. They focus on developing strong, concept-driven creative assets for social and digital platforms. They must be highly creative with strong execution skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
• Ownership of all digital creative assets released, ensuring they meet clients' creative and brand standards. • Conceptualization and content creation across social and digital platforms. • Creation of short-form video content for social media platforms. • Quality assurance in the design application and output of creative assets. • Management of team workflows and on-time delivery of creative work. • Knowledge and experience in basic HTML and design UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of related experience, with 1 year at an Art Director or Senior Digital Designer level. • Strong background in art direction, motion & animation, social platforms, and design. • Fluent in existing and emerging social and digital platforms. • Strong vision, conceptualization skills, and understanding of integrated storytelling. • Ability to present creative concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teammates. • Highly organized, responsible, and passionate with strong communication skills. • Desire to connect people, tell stories, and share experiences through interactive design.
