Digital Marketer

Introduction

We are building a marketing team that moves fast, and thinks critically. If you live and breathe culture, have a sharp eye for aesthetics, and are naturally curious about what drives campaign performance, this role is for you.

This is a generalist Digital Marketer position with hands-on exposure across paid media, CRM, social, and growth analytics, with the opportunity to specialize over time based on performance and interest. We are looking for someone analytically grounded, creatively curious, and genuinely excited about how DTC brands grow.

What You'll Do

• Support campaign execution across paid channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Assist with CRM and email marketing workflows -- segmentation, scheduling, and copywriting
• Contribute to social media content planning and community management
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics across channels
• Support campaign planning for product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
• Conduct market and customer research to surface actionable insights

Who You Are

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and performance metrics
• Clear and concise written communication skills with a natural feel for brand voice
• Internship or project experience in a marketing context is an advantage
• B2C or e-commerce exposure is a plus
• Drawn to fashion, lifestyle, or culture brands -- you have opinions about what looks good and why
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
