Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, hands-on, and execution-focused Digital Marketing & Content
Creator to drive our company's digital presence across multiple platforms.
This role is responsible for developing content strategies, producing engaging visual content,
managing social media channels, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency
across all customer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends,
possesses strong design and editing skills, and can independently manage projects from concept to
execution.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities
• Present content plans, campaign ideas, and marketing initiatives to management and stakeholders
• Generate creative concepts for brand awareness, lead generation, recruitment, and promotional
campaigns
• Plan and maintain consistent posting schedules across all platforms
Social Media Management
• Manage and grow company social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
Xiaohongshu (XHS), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Schedule, publish, monitor, and optimise content performance
• Track engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions where required
• Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
Content Creation & Production
• Shoot and produce high-quality videos and photographs for marketing campaigns and social media
content
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and XHS
• Create visual graphics, infographics, marketing materials, and social media creatives
• Develop engaging content formats including educational videos, interviews, event highlights,
testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns
• Design EDMs, digital advertisements, landing page creatives, and marketing collateral
Digital Advertising
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
Xiaohongshu, and Google platforms
• Monitor advertising performance and budget utilisation
• Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements
• Work towards improving lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics
Project Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for content creation and campaign execution
• Manage filming schedules, content approvals, and production timelines
• Liaise with external vendors, photographers, videographers, influencers, and partners when
required
• Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with company objectives

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Canva
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe After Effects (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of social media platform management and best practices
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and Xiaohongshu
platforms
• Understanding of content analytics, social media metrics, and campaign reporting
Creative Skills
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Ability to create engaging visual and written content
• Good eye for design, branding, composition, and storytelling
• Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms
Personal Attributes
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Digital Marketing, or related
fields
• Prior experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or advertising
agencies
• Experience in lead generation campaigns is advantageous
• Experience managing business accounts across multiple social media platforms
• Portfolio showcasing previous content, campaigns, photography, or video work

Candidates who own their own content creation equipment will be highly regarded, including:
• Camera (DSLR or Mirrorless)
• Video recording equipment
• Lighting equipment

• Gimbal or stabilisation equipment

Work Expectations
• Primarily a 5-day work week
• Candidate must be willing to support occasional evening or weekend shoots, events, roadshows,
seminars, or marketing activities when required
• Flexible working arrangements may be provided depending on project requirements
