Job description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to be the visionary link between our brand identity & measurable e-commerce performance. You will shape how our health brands communicate across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada & social media.

This role is responsible for developing high-impact creative strategies & producing assets (visual, video, copy) designed to drive traffic, increase conversion rates & drive overall revenue growth for our Shopify, Shopee, Lazada & TikTok E-Commerce stores. You will work across multiple channels & markets to plan, create & optimize content that builds awareness, strengthens partnerships & supports the expansion of our business. You won't just be creating content; you will be engineering 'Performance Stories' that turn scientific evidence into consumer trust & measurable revenue. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity, analytics & brand strategy in the health supplement industry. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative & Performance Strategy

  • Full-Funnel Content: Craft tailored strategies for B2C & B2B audiences optimized for platform-specific formats (e.g. Meta carousel ads, Meta/TikTok Reels, Shopee/Lazada e-commerce banners & Klaviyo email/whatsapp marketing)

  • A/B Testing & Data Insights: Develop clear hypotheses for creative elements (hooks, CTAs, visual styles) & run A/B tests to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) & Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

  • Audience Segmentation: Translate target audience data & segmentation provided by media buyers into resonant creative themes, ensuring content speaks directly to different stages of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)

  • Competitive Intelligence: Identify emerging hooks & messaging trends in the wellness/supplement industry to keep our brands ahead of the curve

2. In-House Content Production & Execution 

  • Performance Creative Development: Lead end-to-end creative production for organic & paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube) with a focus on high-volume, quick-turnaround testing

  • Video & Static Creation: Rapidly produce & edit native social content, including:

  • Video: Fast-paced assembly of UGC-style content, product demos & testimonials (CapCut/Premiere)

  • Static: Adapting product photography into high-performing ad variations & storefront banners

  • Generative AI Integration: Utilize AI tools & prompt engineering to efficiently generate high-quality video & image assets for rapid testing cycles

  • Copywriting: Write high-converting ad copy, landing page headlines & captions that align with brand voice & regulatory requirements

  • Asset Management: Ensure all campaign assets are correctly tagged, archived & deployed across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada & TikTok storefronts

3. E-commerce Growth & Social Account Management

  • E-Commerce Storefront Custodian (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok): Integrate winning creative messages into e-commerce storefronts (product pages, banners) to ensure a seamless customer journey for maximum sales conversion

  • Social Accounts Ownership & Community Manager: Act as the "Brand Guardian" for Miraco’s official accounts on Meta (FB/IG) & TikTok. Ensure all profiles are optimized for conversion, featuring up-to-date bios, Linktree/Shopify integrations & high-lighted stories

  • Content Programming & Scheduling: Develop & maintain a consistent content calendar that balances "Digital Pearls" (educational), Lifestyle (relatable) & Promotional (sales-driven) posts

  • Active Social Listening: Use comments & DMs to identify "pain points" to fuel new content hooks

  • User Generated Content (UGC) Mining: Identify & curate customer testimonials from the community to use as high-converting growth assets

  • Growth Analytics: Monitor account health metrics (Follower growth, Engagement Rate, Profile Visits) & use these insights to refine the organic reach strategy

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Work with the Marketing Manager to analyze performance reports, identifying which creative variables are driving revenue on Shopify & Marketplaces. Apply insights & analytics to refine content effectiveness continuously

4. Performance Media & Technical Tracking

  • Paid Media Execution (Meta & Google): 

  • Meta Ads Manager: Build, launch & manage conversion-focused campaigns (Advantage+ Shopping, Catalog Sales & Manual Retargeting) to drive traffic to Shopify & Marketplaces

  • Google Ads (PMAX & Search): Oversee Performance Max & Search campaigns to capture high-intent health & supplement queries

  • Precision Tracking & UTM Tagging: Implement a standardized UTM tagging nomenclature across all Digital Pearls, EDMs, WhatsApp blasts & Affiliate links to ensure 100% attribution accuracy in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Shopify

  • Monitor the "customer path" from the first touchpoint (e.g., a Meta post) to the final conversion (e.g. e-commerce purchase, loyalty program subscription, etc.)

  • Media Optimization: Manage ad spend budgets effectively, focusing on scaling winning creatives & "killing" underperforming ads based on real-time ROAS & CPA data

5. CRM, Loyalty & Lifecycle Marketing (Retention & CLV)

  • CRM Management, Loyalty & Monetization: Serve as the lead strategist for the CRM loyalty program, designing lifecycle journeys that move customers from "First-Time Buyer" to "Loyal Subscriber"
  • Develop loyalty-driven content that rewards repeat purchases & encourages long-term brand advocacy to maximize Consumer Lifetime Value (CLV)

  • Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) & E-Newsletter Strategy: Develop & execute a high-frequency E-newsletter calendar via Klaviyo. This includes:

  • Educational Newsletters: Delivering "Digital Pearls" & expert insights from our HCP partners to build brand authority

  • Promotional EDMs: Creating high-converting seasonal offers & product-launch campaigns

  • Automated Flow Management: Design & execute end-to-end email & WhatsApp marketing automation (eg. Klaviyo) to nurture leads & re-engage existing customers

  • Automated Lifecycle Flows: Building "Welcome" series, "Post-Purchase" care, "Win-back" flows & "Replenishment Reminders"

  • Subscription & Monetization: Craft compelling creative & copy for "Subscribe & Save" programs, focusing on reducing churn & maximizing monthly recurring revenue (MRR)

  • Optimize the "Subscribe & Save" funnel through targeted email & WhatsApp triggers, focusing on increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) & Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

  • WhatsApp Marketing: Integrate direct-to-consumer WhatsApp communication for personalized health consultations, loyalty rewards & rapid-response promotions

  • Data-Driven Personalization & Segmented Campaigns: Segment the CRM database based on health concerns, purchase behavior & engagement levels to ensure the right story reaches the right customer at the right time

6. Influencer & Affiliate Strategy (E-Commerce Growth & Acquisition)

  • Creator Partnerships: Identify & manage relationships with health influencers & HCP advocates via Shopify Collabs, TikTok Creator Marketplace & similar platforms

  • Affiliate Creative Kits: Develop high-converting "Affiliate Toolkits" (ready-to-use stories, hooks & banners) that empower partners to sell Miraco products effectively

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate-driven traffic & conversion data to optimize commission structures & creative briefs for better ROAS

7. Growth-Driven Storytelling

  • Translating Science to Story: Distilling complex clinical data & health benefits into relatable, high-impact stories that resonate with a consumer’s pain points & emotional aspirations

  • Narrative Funneling: Crafting story arcs specifically designed for the customer journey, from "educational hooks" that capture attention to "empathy-led consideration" to "urgency-driven conversion"

  • Growth-Centric CTAs: Developing persuasive, multi-variant Calls-to-Action (CTAs) that don't just ask for a click but provide a compelling reason to engage, directly impacting Click-Through Rates (CTR) & customer acquisition

  • Performance Iteration: The ability to pivot a brand story based on real-time data insights, identifying which "angle" or "hook" is driving the highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

  • Omnichannel Cohesion: Ensuring a seamless visual & narrative experience across all touchpoints, from high-energy social media (Meta/TikTok) to professional platforms (LinkedIn) & offline trade materials

  • Compliance & Brand Integrity: Safeguarding brand credibility by ensuring all "Performance Stories" remain factual, align with company values & strictly compliant with regional healthcare advertising standards & product claim guidelines. Partnering with internal teams to audit content for accuracy & compliance prior to regional deployment

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-stack digital growth, with a track record of managing end-to-end performance campaigns (Meta/Google), official social accounts (Meta/TikTok) & e-commerce growth (Shopify is a plus)

  • Ability to move customers through the funnel—from initial awareness to community loyalty—ideally within the healthcare or wellness sectors

  • Proven experience managing or creating content for Shopify, TikTok, Shopee & Lazada ecosystems. Familiarity with e-commerce metrics (AOV, CR, ROAS) is essential

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

  • Strong understanding of social media trends & platform best practices (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Generative AI)

  • Hands-on proficiency in Klaviyo (highly preferred), HubSpot, or Zoho CRM for email & mobile marketing

  • Track record of managing or growing a brand loyalty club with a focus on retention & community building

  • Experience navigating Shopify Collabs, TikTok Marketplace, or similar affiliate management software

  • A solid understanding of the "Growth Equation": CAC, ROAS, AOV & CLV

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar tools

  • Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini AI, Midjourney, Sora/Runway) for rapid asset prototyping & production

  • Excellent writing, editing & visual storytelling skills. Adopt a strategic approach to design that integrates marketing & commercial goals

  • Familiarity with regulatory communication standards or track record in health supplements or healthcare industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, project management skills & the ability to work cross-functionally
